Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FlowMailer's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to access and use FlowMailer's AI-driven drag-and-drop email editor for creating email campaigns and templates, subject to the following restrictions:

• You may not modify, copy, or redistribute our proprietary editor code or algorithms
• You may not use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper licensing or subscription
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on our platform
• You may not remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials
• You may not transfer your account or access credentials to another person
• You retain ownership of email templates and content you create, but grant us a license to store and process them

Service Description

FlowMailer provides an AI-assisted, drag-and-drop email editor that helps you design and generate production-ready HTML emails. Our service includes AI-powered content generation, template creation, and HTML export capabilities. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, AI-generated content should be reviewed and may require editing. We are not responsible for the content of emails you create using our platform.

User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not use the service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
• Not use the service to send spam, phishing, or malicious emails
• Comply with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.) when using exported templates

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the FlowMailer editor itself, are the exclusive property of FlowMailer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of email templates and content you create, but grant us a license to store, process, and display them as necessary to provide our services.

AI-Generated Content

FlowMailer uses AI to assist with content generation, template creation, and design suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or legality of AI-generated content. You agree to use AI-generated content at your own risk and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FlowMailer be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if FlowMailer has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes issues with exported HTML, email deliverability, or compatibility with email service providers.

Modifications to Service

FlowMailer reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
